We had the honor of visiting North Catholic High School to hold a mock crash demonstration alongside Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company, Cranberry Township Police Department, LifeFlight, Butler County Coroner, AHN 955 Paramedic Squad, and UPMC 98 Paramedic Squad.
The scene portrayed a full-scale emergency response to a crash caused by impaired and distracted driving, beginning with the initial 9-1-1 call and culminating in the extrication of victims from two wrecked vehicles. As students prepare for prom, the demonstration offers a powerful reminder of the life‑altering consequences of drunk and distracted driving, urging teens to make safe and responsible decisions behind the wheel.
